When i go to make a phone call my phone is saying not registered on network.  My account is account!

@jdeveau - I think you meant your account is active?

 

Can you try your sim card into another compatible phone. If services works in another phone then your phone has an issue somewhere.

Or, even the action of removing the sim card from your phone, then trying it into another phone, then putting it back into your own phone sometimes fixes issues.

 

If your phone is locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

HI @jdeveau 

 

Try to reboot your phone and try again

 

If that does not work, check what is the phone status showing, see if it connects to the network or any status bars?

 

Also, login to My Account and check if the account status is Active

 

You can also try to reseat your sim card

Did you reboot your phone by powering it off then back on?

Did you just purchased the phone privately?

It could be locked from another carrier.
