i have multiple roaming added and cannot make a call past one min long
xxxxxxxxxxx how do I get this fixed?

@guy-ffc : This is almost always a problem of having multiple same-feature add-ons. You can't stack up a talk add-on on an existing talk add-on. Each add-on needs to run out the clock too. ie 10-24 hour periods. If you wish to re-buy then you need to contact the CSA's or wait another 24 hours.
You can buy the different data buckets if you've used all of one but the same 10-24 hour period stands to not buy the same one.

@guy-ffc PM partnered with AT&T and T-Mobile for US roaming, which network you are connected to? did you try both and same issue?

Are you in the US right now? Which roaming packages do you have? Is that the only phone number that is affected? Does text and data work?
If you have multiple add ons with overlapping features, that might cause a glitch in the system and contacting CSA is necessary to fix the issues.
