I am not able to purchase a roaming package for 15 days as it doesn't come up the web page with public mobile. want to purchase 15 day talk and text.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and try  again

do you currently have a 15 Day US roaming add-on. You have to wait until it expires. You can select one of the other options though...just not the same one.

@cheechee  Is this a re buy of the very same ad on by any chance ? If so you need wait 24 hours after first one ends to re buy or choose another US roaming add on , but support can apply the same as on back to back with out eating for the first one to end
