Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I bought 2 add-ons 250 mb data and us talk/text, data works talk and text doesn't! Never had this problem before... What gives? Does anyone know?

In this customer's case, data is working fine.  Changing data roaming settings or APN settings won't fix issues of calls and text messaging not working.

Put your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.   

For call, put your phone to 2G and connect to T-Mobile.  Which will be phased out completely soon, if not yet.

Turn on data roaming.

Resart phone if needed.

Hello @FA-E 

Go into your network settings and turn off automatic and pick T Mobile. Also, make sure your data roaming is turned on. Then reboot. If that doesnt work, choose ATT instead and reboot. To also let you know, if you purchase two at the same time, one will not work because they start moments after you purchase them. It's not like when one stops the other will start afterwards.
