My phone is not eSIM compatible with Public Mobile and I do not want a physical SIM card. I do not want anything to do with your company because you have zero customer service response and I have wasted 2 hours trying to get help

You can open a ticket with agent and present your case. You might get refund but PM being pre-paid you might not.
Why do you say your phone is not compatible with 'PM eSIM'. eSIM should work on any phone accepting eSIM.

@George24 since Public Mobile's services is all online, it can be a bit difficult to navigate at first.
