i am trying to reduce my plan,to a lower plan without the internet, its directing me to go here
and there and not solving the issue,

The lowest is $15 and by adding authorized payment to it for next month it would become $13 so that is a good deal in my opinion. So extra $250 mb by authorized payment is good in case urgent need of internet . All plans are shown in below link and the first one is the $15 one.

You will need to log into your Self Serve account. If you have not created one, you can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Then, once log in you can schedule a plan change for a lower or lowest plan ($15 one).
If you change plans immediately you will lose out on the $s already paid for you current cycle.

@WILSONTHEGREAT5 : All plans come with data. What are you intending for by wanting no data? A kids phone? Not having overage charges?

@WILSONTHEGREAT5 you can change plan by going to My Account.
The cheapest plan is $15 , it still come with 250mb data for free.
you can logon to My Account, change plan and choose to change in the next cycle. Although you can choose to change immediately, however, in your case, there is no point to choose change immediately.
