All promos are for NEW customers only.
I have not seen not one promo for existing customers even if you upgrade to most expensive plan.
Most promos everywhere are always for something NEW: open NEW account, bring NEW money, etc.

There is no promo code for current customers.

Get in touch with support agents by creating a ticket via chatbot or by sending a direct msg to CS_Agent if the promo is not working for you.
