hi @Meter you likely can ignore the text reminders, but I suggest you to take a safe approach, ask PM agent to confirm if a good one is now on the system

hi @JessyO I would be careful about it. you can try to load a $5 payment to test
or ask PM support agent to check if the card is registered on the account properly
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit by direct message:

Hi there,
I'm having an issue too. I updated my card info a couple of weeks ago and I am still getting texts saying that my payment card is expired. I'm concerned because it seems the change has not registered even though it looks like it has. Do you know if I should worry about this?

hi @Meter
you have trouble updating? or just asking how??
many had issue with updating credit card or making payment here. But first make sure it is not an issue with your credit card.
if you can wait 24 hours, wait 24 hours and
if they both fail and you need to pay to resume service, best to get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and pay by voucher using *611 or via My Account
