as soon as you successfully port your number to new cell network, your PM account is closed down. For piece of mind...remove credit card info and disable Autopay before you port away.

you can disable Autoapy yourself by logging in to your account.
To remove cc info, you'll need the CSA to assist.

Remove your Credit card. Disable preauthorized payment. Port the number to another carrier. Done

@eajhealy hi just go into your account and disable preauthorized payments your account will go into suspension and close permanently in 90 days

Just port your number to another carrier or stop monthly payments for 90 days by removing AutoPay and your CC info.
