HI @Jo-duh confirm with your credit card and check if both are posted charge, maybe one of them just pending
if both are posted and need refund, please submit ticket with CS agent here by messaging

Same for me. New customer, can't tell whether payment went through. I show two $0 charges on my credit card.

Also got double charged, esim didn't work but my number stopped working.

I would not be surprised if some customers have been double or triple charged. One of the charges might be pending also. Wait 1-2 days. Public mobile will refund you if charged erroneously.
