unknown debits from my account

I am trying to figure out why I have some random transactions of 15$ debited from my account. I have not purchased add ons and I don't see any activity that would cause this additional billing.

This has happened September and October as far as i can see.

Is there anyway i can see figure out the cause for this billing?

Do you see $15 debit from your credit card?

On credit card it CANNOT be $15 as tax has to be added so it would be $16.95.

Do you have a family member on PM using your CC in their account?

please login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser and check payment history , does it show multiple  debit for both Sept andOct?

and if you see it only on the credit card, check if they are only pending charges.
