unable to send sms only

hi, i have a 90 days $120 plan with galaxy s6 edge, running on android 6.0.1, unlocked from wind, koodo's UI, i can make and receive calls, lte+, send and receive mms, but can't send text at all, it shows "sending fail", unable to enter message centre # because it's grey, contacted samsung and go through some steps for troubleshooting, they said it's disable by my current carrier(PM), does any buddy have idea about how to fix it?

hi, after couple hrs research over the web, finally found what caused the problem, it's sim card issue, fail to read the sim by phone, it was fine when i inserted my wife's sim, contacting mod to see if i can have a replacement 🙂
