@paul1965 holy smokes, your don't have service for a week and you're just complaining now? You must be a saint! a saint, I tell you. Others come here and cry their eyes out or threaten to leave or both. LOL I hope it is just a glitch.
Try to log in your self-serve account. Check if the 4-digit number showing on your account matches with the last 4-digit of your sim card. You can find this on the main page or overview of your self-serve account.
If the numbers are different, let the moderators know this, and start changing your passwords with PM accounts, banking, etc. You could be a victim of sim swap. You referred to user of your phone as "we" , did that mean you share your phone with someone?

Try one or more of the below:
*rebooting your phone
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again
If trouble shooting is not working contact the moderators through the line @Jb456 provided, perhaps there is an issue with the provisioning of your account.
I hope you get service soon!

@paul1965 What you can do is try changing your number through your account. Pm allows one change per 30 days.

.
If you change the number it should resolve the problem (no guarantee tho).
Otherwise if you want to keep the number you will have to open a ticket for moderators to investigate the issue. Two ways to reach them
Or by private message at link below.
