I have used the 100 min on my phone plan and have purchased 500 min ad-on and have over 400 min left and cannot make a phone call. Why?

HI @BrendaMenzies when was the last time you able to make the phone call? You can receive inbound calls?
Try to restart the phone, and dial with a 1 in front of it
Check My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode and make sure the 400 mins are really there still

It looks lime you WERE able to make calls using 500 min since you have 400 left.
Did you try to reboot phone (turn off, wait, turn on)?
Check your account one more time:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

do your other services work? Like receiving calls and sending and receiving texts?
if not, perhaps your plan has suspended and you need to make a payment to resume service.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then power back on.
Also refresh your browser by clicking on the circular arrow to update the page to see how many remaining. You might be seeing an old remaining minutes in your account.
