@Daniel2005 you have an Android, but exactly what phone do you have?. Some receive the message but turn out they are not impacted. And which area you are in?

Hello @Carun if this indeed the 3rd time your phone service has gone down, you can reach out to a CS Agent using the chatbot bottom right corner and ask to be give a month credit to make up for the no service.

@Daniel2005 I suspected it might be related to that, that's why I asked what phone you have. Some phones are not able to utilize both 3G bands when one is being replaced.

I'm using Andriod. And I did receveied text mesage from Public Mobile, said " We are making upgrades to our 4G network that my impact your 3G voice, messageing.... from Feb 27 to Mar 3, and then ongoing after March 17."
I thought it may cause slow or get disconnect few times, but not like no service for few days.

@Daniel2005 What phone do you have? Are you able to try the sim in another working phone?

Hello @Daniel2005
You should log into your account and confirm your payments are up to date. Your credit card may have expired. If that isn't the issue, check this map to confirm there isn't an outage in your area. If you need to get up right away, you can stop by somewhere like Shoppers Drug Mart and purchase a voucher which you then dial 611 from your phone and upload it. Your phone will be back up and running right away. This way it gives you time to figure out what has gone wrong.
