I cannot log into my new account as my phone has not been ported after waiting 5 hours

OK. Did you reboot your phone? Sometimes a reboot can help with that. If that doesn't work, go into your network settings and click on refresh network settings and then reboot. If that doesn't work, please use the links provided by @Handy1 to reach a CS Agent to resolve.

Hello @Mbuck48 

Depending on what "line" you're porting over, it normally doesn't take that long. Landlines, yes, those take a while. But other cell providers, no. 

So, you want to port over to PM? Did you leave your old providers SIM card in your phone and if so, did you get a text message asking permission to port? Did you say YES? Did you miss the porting request? Please answer these questions so the community as a whole can help you better.
