I ported my phone number to another carrier and now II cannot log into my account is this normal?

Porting tales time, can you make calls?  Can you receive calls?

If you cannot make tlcalls tooz the issue is related with incomplete port.  there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

Hey @MelE 

Yes, 100% normal. Once you port your number elsewhere, it automatically closes your account.

@MelE  Yes this is normal  the moment you successfully port your number out it automatically closes your account , hence why you cannot log in and you shouldn’t be charged gain
