You did use a different email address for each account...right ? You must not use the same email for each account.

hi @BethMcDonald 

did you try using the Forgot Password link to reset password.  And try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
