unable to attach pics in text messaging

I receive an error message saying cannot send message now, too many unsent multimedia messages whenever I try to send a pic.  Does anyone know how to fix this issue.  Thank you.  My plan is $25/month it includes:

• 10GB data
• unlimited Canada wide minutes and messaging plus international text with picture messaging
• Call display, voicemail, call waiting, call forwarding and conference calling

what phone do you have?

check and update your  APN settings as follow

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms

make sure your mobile data is turned on when you try to send MMS

also, clear cache on your messaging app
