unable to add new credit card on account

hello!

When i try to add a new valid payment method, i get the following error:

 

Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later.
 
please advise. The card is correct.

thanks for the quick reply.

I tried different cards, different browsers with no success so I will try more later as you suggested.

@elviP  You might have to wait 24 hours and try again incognito private mode or from another device . Can also try the APP instead , but if your in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers 7-11 shell gas or muskbird.com and load the voucher*611 to resume services right away . If no luck updating credit card in 24 hour please submit ticket with support to help

HI @elviP 

there has been lots of payment card issue and more lately

please wait an hour and try again, some even say wait 24 hours, then login using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser.  If possible, try another card as well

if you need to get your service back quicker, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611

or if you want cs agent to check your acocunt, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
