@elviP You might have to wait 24 hours and try again incognito private mode or from another device . Can also try the APP instead , but if your in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers 7-11 shell gas or muskbird.com and load the voucher*611 to resume services right away . If no luck updating credit card in 24 hour please submit ticket with support to help

there has been lots of payment card issue and more lately
please wait an hour and try again, some even say wait 24 hours, then login using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser. If possible, try another card as well
if you need to get your service back quicker, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611
or if you want cs agent to check your acocunt, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
