trasnfering my esim

Im trying to activate my public mobile sim card. Initially I tried to create a phone number, then it said it would send a code to the new number. however it has not been activated to so i am unable to continue.. to verify my account.

HI @moonyi since you already go to create phone number, you certainly using the app

you got to the esim installation screen yet? you got a Welcome email? there is a QR code there you can scan it to install

or check your sim manager and see if there is already a Public Mobile esim installed and just not active yet

and what brands of phone you have?

@moonyi  Are you using the app to activate not website ?? All activation need the app . Also in you phone setting check the sim manger and ensure PM sim is enabled /set to primary and reboot the phone . If still no luck submit ticket with support
