I ordered a new plan , and trying to port my landline to public mobile.
landline can not receive SMS .
The new account is sending code to the landline number for login ever safe requirement .
now I am stuck .

You don't need to receive a text on landline transfers. However, it will take up to several days for the landline to be ported over. Maybe check a couple of times a day to see whether the transfer went through. Your landline will stop working and then your mobile phone (with landline number) will start working.
