im trying to order a sim and plan, when I get to the part where I enter my mailing address it says I don't exist... and won't let me proceed.

Ideally, choose the Public mobile as the vendor with shipping direct from Amazon.  With prime shipping.

You can order a Public Mobile SIM card from Amazon for less. Install the PM app on your phone, and sign up with it.  I am not sure why it does not like your address.

Or Amazon for $4.99. You can use any address you want. If it's not showing up it's probably a newer area that isn't registered yet with them.
