I don't receive the pass code to my txt / phone to log in not sure where it is going?

I'm not receiving any txt messages to my phone

hi @Kuncled 

it won't miss the 1, we all get it without issue

Did you try the trick we advised?  try to get the code via email or voice message?

did you try open ticket with PM support?

the phone # must be missing a 1 because it is still asking to verify with a txt or voice mail I never get and I can't seem to change or update my ever safe ID telephone #

Hello @ Kuncled,

You will need to access the community account in My Settings-Personal-Account Information and verify if the phone number is correct. Then, on the same page, go to Manage Ever Safe ID, check here as well if the phone number is correct, if not, update it. Then log off, log in again, and check once more if you receive the code.

click Didn't receive code and try both Send email and Send Voice message

to get the code via voice message, call yourself and access voicemail from anther phone

if same, ask PM support agent to help.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:

@Kuncled  If you tap “didn’t get code “ you should get option to have code sent to email instead of still no luck get support to help you gain access to your account
