You can port your number via self serve account. You will need a new number first from public make sure you do not cancel koodo until you port over. Once PM is set up go to self serve and port your number. It takes about two hours but it works. Click on the Question mark on PM site and type "port number" Virtual Simon can guide you through.

You will need the assistance of a moderator.
