I am in the process of setting up my phone with Public from Rogers. I received the QR code for my eSIM in my email. I scanned it to activate it and got this message:
Unable to activate eSIM. You can try again (which I did) or contact your carrier for assistance

Hello @Leharslady , Sorry to hear you are having trouble activating your eSIM from QR code. Can you tell me more about what device you have (iOS/iPhone or Android), and if you were first trying to apply/install the eSIM during the activation process through the mobile app? The QR code is sent via email following activation, and you can try the install up to 3 times from QR code before a Customer Support Agent would need to intervene.
