I have just transferred from CTExel, but I type wrong phone number and right account number. When the SIM card was activated, I get the wrong number. What can I do to get back the right number?

How many phone numbers are in your CTExel account?
If more than one number, the plan related to that number will be canceled.
You should call CTExel to stop releasing that number to PM.
Then, create a support ticket to ask moderator to port the correct number using the Chat button at the bottom right corner of this page.
