transfer and stay with public mobile

please help me transfer my current phone number with public mobile to my newer device and staying with public mobile and same account, phone says contact public mobile 

please help.

@kipG  You just need to take the SIM card out of old phone and put it in the new phone . But if you have eSIM you need to log into your account  with new phone and re buy eSIM and you will keep your same plan and phone number

Once you change your sim. Just log into your Google account or whatever service you use and most your settings should transfer over. Like phone number and the like

you don't need to do much, just pop out the sim card from the old phone and put it into the new one.
