there are only two circumstances where I imagine Public Mobile would be OK doing this, ‘choose’ from one of the below:
Convince them that the add-on was placed on the incorrect account, and due to your error, you would like leniency and have it apply to the correct account.
Again, there’s no guarantees with the above two circumstances but they might apply a level of understanding to them.

This is not a feature, but an understanding agent may or may not do it for you. Send them a private message using the following link.
Monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will get the notification.
