topped up my account on March 24 but now it is telling me account suspended. What is happening

Please note that everyone account is suspended on the day before your renewal date.
You should still have service until top-up is completed then it will change to subscribed account.

@cyprus - Go to My Account > Payments > Manage Subscription, and turn the switch on.
On mobile app it is different - Go to Subscription > Manage Renewal > Press on "Subscribe."

Do you mean you only added $ to your account?
Maybe autopay failed. Check your account to see if $ has been used to pay your bil.
