I need my account number to port my phone

I have tried all day just to get my account number with you guys to be able to port my phone to another provider , such a awful experience

See if your new carrier will use the IMEI of your phone to port over but alway better to use the account number. So login to your account to get your account number.

Hey @carlaBamonte Here's an easy way to find it.

How to find my account number

Log into your account and go to Profile on the left hand side.

Then on your right hand side you’ll see this…

Click on the eye to see your account number.

Sign into My Account. 

Click on Manage Eversafe. 

You will see your account number.  Click on the eye logo to reveal full number

If you cannot sign into My Account,  use the chatbot to submit a request to cs agents.
