I'm paying "top up fees" but the receipts don't say what they are for, this is really annoying—I would assume that is why the receipt is there. The fees differ from month to month.
Also, is it normal that I can only see my payment history going back for 3 months?

Some voucher sellers charge a surcharge for prividing Public Mobile voucher. Such a charge isn't by Public Mobile.

@AlThePal how you paid your top up fees? manually load fund? manually load voucher?
The payment history page itself does show how the fund was used
And NO, Payment history is more than 3 months. Payment history shows 12 months of transactions

Your monthly payment history is broken up in two parts .
The first one is indicating your current Purchased 30 day plan.
The second one is the Automatic Top-up (30 days monthly) charges less any Rewards you may have accumulated plus taxes. To the right is the current Download Receipt for the month.
There is a drop-down menu for the last 3, 6, 9, 12 months or Custom dates.

Maybe you could provide images of your payment history so we can see what you see.
You can go 365 days back in payment history.
