What can I say regarding this message? Accessing rewards site is most likely lowest priority for any company. Even big banks have their own problems...

An update: even app is not working; does not show balances 😞

It works, sort of.
First attempt to log in gave me the same message (not available) but after few refreshes and some wait I got through.
I agree web site should work every time you access it but most likely this will be lower priority to fix as on renewal day you will get SMS with exact rewards redeemed.
Most important is main site works and Community to assist and ask for help.

@chch518 We are all customers like you and try to find you a workaround in the situation. The workaround, refresh couple times or use the link I provided couple times, worked for many of us for now, before they have the issue fixed. I think PM is aware of it and working to resolve the issue
To seek apology from PM , please open a ticket with PM Support:

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

You have been getting Oops screen, right? Keep trying, it on and off (but mostly off 😞 ). If you try enough, you should get it.
Another trick, keep pasting this link to the browser address after you login, I tried it 3 times and it works
