For several months now, I’ve been unable to access my account online due to persistent technical issues. Despite this, my phone service continues to work, and I have remained current with all payments.
Because Public Mobile does not provide phone-based customer support, this chat and the web interface are the only available options to manage account details. However, one of my phone numbers is now being flagged on your website as “nonexistent on the network,” even though the line itself remains active.
This situation raises serious concerns about account integrity and system security. Could you please confirm whether Public Mobile has experienced any technical breaches or outages, going on for months, that might explain this issue?

Yes, and the ticket id is 579315-707 - This issue has gone unresolved for months, and it appears that the network problems are continuing to expand. A second mobile account has now been locked out, and while the website claims the phone number does not exist on your network, the mobile phone itself continues to function normally.
