I have a US long distance add on, while I was on a conversation today I received a text that all my add on minutes were used, but after the call, I logged into my account and I still have 95% of my minutes left, I only used 5%, so why did I receive a text message that they were all used?

Try refreshing your browser (circular arrow) then login to see if you still have 95% of your minutes left. Sometimes your browser will stay on your last session.

@Sara2023 May just be a system glitch it happens quite often , but if everything g still working I think you can stately ignore it
