Just make sure you have the cardholder's consent to have the charges put on their card, especially if you're adding the CC to your new account for autopay.

@gyw : There is no verification of anything. All it needs is payment and a SIM. It's not really a contract. It's prepaid. One could kinda think of it as a revolving 30 day contract but there's no signature, no id check, nothing. You could also think of it as like in the movies with burner phones. You could do the whole thing completely anonymously. Fake everything with no connection to anybody real.

I thought the system wouldn't let Minors sign or agree the contracts. Need to input birth date when opening an account? Thanks.

@gyw : Identity is not verified. Anybody can start an account. It's barely - to not - a contract because it's prepaid. Pay, and the provider provides service. Don't pay, and the provider stops service. That's about the extent of it being a contract (agreement).
