I posted an issue because my account was not updated for the past 3 days, keeping my last cycle's info even though it was renewed on the 27th. It just did right after I posted, so not sure what's going on. Sorry about that. I don't know how to delete this thread so I'm putting this out Tech Dept!

Aside from clearing cache and cookies and logging in using the Incognito tab, which are very useful when accessing self-serve, another thing users can do when they reach the self-serve landing page is to tap the little refresher icons to ensure you're getting an up-to-date version of the page.

@Mamabang hi it may be a cache issue , try using a differrent browser in private or incognito mode and try to sign in again
