Message: "An existing EverSafe ID already exists with this phone number"
Unable to delete the previous EverSafe ID --problem old email address.
Unable to add phone number to the newly created EverSafe ID with a different email address because of the "Message" above.
How to fix?

I am not quite sure what you're trying to do.
If you already have an existing account with that email, you cannot open a new account with the same email.
