Need help Trying to activate subscription

I am trying to activate a new subscription,  I got a new physical Sim, I got to the step where I can choose a number once it activates I get an error message to contact support ...  impossible to get any help

With that error message, there's nothing that you can do on your end except to send a message to the customer service agent to fix. Good luck.

must be some system problem this weekend, many got the same error

PM complete the activation for you and you need to submit a ticket.    Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
