I recently ported my phone from another carrier in Canada then took a vacation to Mexico where my mobile data is not working. Does anybody have any solutions?

Try manually selecting the different Mexican networks and restarting (make sure your roaming is turned on). That has worked for some others. If not, message a customer service agent as previously suggested. Good luck.

once you're sure Roaming Data is enabled, you can try using the best of either AT&T, Telcel or Movistar. Once of those should work for you.

Couple tricks to try: ensure data roaming is on, reset your phone networks and manually choose whichever service provider shows up. Try anyone that works. Restart phone.
