talk and text us roaming package is not working

Hi,

My us roaming talk and text package was working fine until it expired yesterday. I have added another Addon to my account but when I try calling it still says I'm "out of minutes". It has been 24 hours since I added the addon.

That's isn't really a policy, but rather a shortcoming of the Public Mobile systems.

usually you need to wait 24 hours after the roaming addon expired before you can rebuy the same one

if you don't want to wait, just ask PM support agent to help

@wfg  Try rebooting  the device first see if that helps if not submit ticket with support to investigate
