I suspended my account but was still charged the full amount. How does the suspended account work

@Harb77721 PM has a 30 days cycle and not monthly, so the renewal date will shift up one day after every 31 days month. I suspect you got mixed up with the renewal date and you unsubscribed after the renewal date

@Harb77721 I’m not sure PM is every 30 day cycle and not monthly so it’s possible maybe you unsubscribed the day of your renewal but it had already gone thru , so if it’s still toggled off un subscribed then on your next renewal date it shouldn’t renew and you have 90 days from that renewal date to make payment again or the account will close after 90 days suspended state

I went into payments and clicked on manage accounts. clicked unsubscribe. my billing is the 28 to 27 of the month. Was unsubscribed after the 28th and subscribed back on the 26th. Maybe i did not qualify because of the dates

I went to payments and manage accounts and clicked unsubscribed. I was less than thirty days so i am wondering if the unsubscribe is date sensitive with your account.

@Harb77721 it shouldn't if you have done it properly
Login My Account using Incognito mode, check Payment page, Manage Subscription and check if Subscribed is disabled. If it is not, then you didn't do 8t right, please disable it now
If it is already toggled off, you might want to open a ticket with PM support andcheck with them

@Harb77721 How did you suspend it did you turn off auto pay (subscribe ) making sure you have no available funds in account
Turn auto subscribe off/on
Or if you know the 4 digit PIN number
