My wife also has a public mobile account. She tried to sign in to her account today and it said her device was not recognized. they said they would send a 6 digit number to her phone to confirm the device. the code would never reach her phone
I went into payments and clicked on manage accounts. clicked unsubscribe. my billing is the 28 to 27 of the month. Was unsubscribed after the 28th and subscribed back on the 26th. Maybe i did not qualify because of the dates
