Trying to resume activation but system boots me back to the login screen. Then when i put my email and password in the system says that the email and password do not match.

@Teresa9 Try clearing web browser cache and cookies and try again incognito mode / private mode or even from another device or computer . Also maybe try the app if you haven’t already , if still no luck please submit ticket with support to help you

this issue usually resolvable if you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login again. Please try
if that does not help, submit a ticket with CS agent:

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
