subscription up grade

My subscription was not up graded but my credit card was charged the new rate on Apr 01

Best to contact a CS_Agent to investigate. Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.

Signed up for upgrade on renewal date.

When I login to my account is shows old plan. When I look around all the info it showed my plan would be up graded on next billing cycle. Bank account charged but plan not upgraded.

The website has caching issues.  You might want to try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  That might show your up to date plan.

Did you click the upgrade on your next renewal date or upgrade now?

Where are you seeing that plan didn’t upgraded?

If you click on Now, you will pay for your current plan plus the upgraded plan.
