subscription not activated

I paid and downloaded app on my phone. I entered my old phone number to transfer from old provider to here. I followed the instructions until last step. 6-6 activation. it shows message "Subscription not activated." Then I only can click "Contact support". That's all I got. Please help immediately, Thanks.
