I'm in the process of setting up my new account. I am trying to port my number from my Telus prepaid account. But I'm stuck on step 6. It says "Subscription not activated" whenever I log into the app. I have a physical Public sim card which I haven't inserted into the phone yet.

I purchased the plan about a week ago. The 20 gig for $34. As well as a physical sim. I was on the last step of transfering my number. Now when I log into the app it goes straight to step 6 and says "subscription not activated".

Check a few hours later or tomorrow.  The network was overloaded all afternoon/evening today.

Check your credit card online statement.  Were you charged for your plan?

Unfortunately, the website (and app) is overwhelmed by new and existing customers trying to get the Black Friday deals.
