I am supposed to be subscribed for 2 years, which began this January.  I received an email stating that it has ended.  If I were to subscribed again, it is not at the promo price that I had originally signed up for.

First, there are no subscriptions here. Everything is pre paid. There is clearly a system problem with autopay. Contact customer service with the links already provided. I won't bother sharing them again as it would be redundant.

i think you just got the email saying Autopay issue and you missed a payment, isn't it?  You can post the whole email so we can understand

For issue like this, you might have to login My Account, make a full payment first and the system will add the credit back to your account and the 50% off promotion will resume

if you like, you can ask PM agent to check and confirm.  Please  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".

if you changed plans recently...that will void whatever promo you had. Did you upgrade your plan ?
