subscription change and over charged!

Hello, I changed subscription and it asked me if i would like to change immediately or on my renewal, i choose my renewal but that was not the case and I was charged for the full amount while i specifically ask for the change on my renewal date! will I be credited for the month that i have already payed ? I feel that I have been double charged!

100% sure I chose my renewal

I just did it half an hour ago and I wasn't charged. It says when it will become effective on renewal. Are you sure you selected the right option?

if you are certain you didn't click the wrong button, please open ticket with PM support

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: Chatbot
