Over a week ago I ordered for a cell phone, cell plan and nano sim cards. Al was charged to my credit card, BUT my card has not been chared for this order

I have the same question. However I get stuck in an endless loop with a **bleep** chatbot that cannot help!

@0racLe55 - check with customer support (CSA) on the order of your cell phone.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

edit, a cell plan can only be obtained by activating a SIM card. Did you activate any SIM card at any point? If not, then if your card was not charged, it doesn't even seem you successfully ordered anything. But check with CSA to see if they have any record of anything.
